Women of Color Leadership Forum

Hello Fellow Democrats!

I’m Stephanie Woolley and I’m so excited to join the NCDP team as the new Minority Affairs Coordinator!

For over 50 years, communities of color have led and pushed Democrats forward in North Carolina and across the country. I’m honored to have the opportunity to do the critical work of re-engaging, organizing, and mobilizing our communities of color to break the Republican majority and help build a state where we can all succeed.

NC Democrats know that it’s vital that people of color, specifically women of color, have a seat at the table – that’s why I’m thrilled to announce our first Women of Color Leadership Forum on August 11th at Rolesville High School in Wake County. Registration begins at 9AM and the forum is from 10AM to 3:00PM. Tickets are $10 to cover the cost of lunch.

At the Women of Color Leadership Forum, we’ll be:

  • Celebrating and appreciating the unwavering effort and dedication of women of color to change and perfect our union and state.

  • Equipping women of color with resources designed to engage and encourage voters in communities across North Carolina.

  • Highlighting women of color candidates running for office like DD Adams, Linda Coleman, Anita Earls and more.

  • Working with women of color to pave the infinity path of leadership for generations to come.

RSVP to join North Carolina Democrats and women of color across the state on August 11th at Rolesville High School for our Women of Color Leadership Forum.

If you have any questions about the event, please feel free to contact me at swoolley@ncdp.org.
